Doggy Few Trio
The Doggy Few is an authentic Irish pub band. Their home base is the cafe o'Ceallaigh at the Gedempte Kattendiep in Groningen (Holland), where on Sunday they hold their sessions where anyone with a voice or instrument can join in.
The Doggy Few plays fast Irish jigs, reels and songs with great passion, devotion and pleasure. The raw Scottish and Irish songs are about drinking, love, parting and reunion. Besides that they have subdued instrumentals and ballads to their repertoire.
The always fascinating combination of voice, violin, banjo and guitar guarantees a festive and varied performance which quickly creates the warm and exuberant atmosphere of an Irish pub.
